Realised that for the March 2014 quarter, the figure that were run off were for December 2013 quarter and have already be sent to HMRC.
As agents can we resend a correction form or does it have to be signed by the client, don't want to ruin the image.
Does anyone know if this would incur penalties and would it be better to do the correction form or resend a new EC sales form with a letter explaining the error
