Databases - not strictly a bookkeeping question....
Permalink Closed

I have a new client who runs a small electrical contracting company.  He is also a farmer and has asked if it is possible to get some sort of database set up to record his flock details/movements/treatments etc....  the biggest part of the question though is  that we need something that he can link to a smartphone app so that when he is out with the flock he can record something quickly there and just synch it when he gets back to the office.................  Any ideas anyone??  Anyone know of a database app??

I know there are a few software programmes out there for livestock control but not familiar with any.

I did find "Farm Wizard", which also has a mobile app but do not know if it what your client needs.

Also found this one

Unfortunately, they are quite expensive, and aimed at large flock/ herds
