12 Pay...
HMRC online portal...
MyPAYE.co.uk.......

quite a few out there that allow you to do up to 9-10 employees, but after that you have to pay for the service.

Hi Gary,

12pay does for a while (think that its 6 payslips) but then you have to pay in order to continue to be able to print anything.

Its a very reasonable amount of course especially considering unlimited companies.

The exception to the print restriction is that you are still able to print the P60.

kind regards,

Shaun.

Ah yeah I forgot about that... your right! (as always Shaun! ;) )

HMRC online portal will probably be best then do you think (if they have under 10 people?)

I have 12pay - the paid for version

It prints payslips that have this written on them

'12Pay : 1.15.5 Copyright 12Pay Ltd 2014'

- so I'm pretty sure it will have some annoying writing on the free version too.

I started using the free HMRC software at first - it was awful - I got in a right muddle, doesn't print any reports and really hard to go back and find any info for the previous pay period.

I don't think the HMRC software lets you produce payslips and if it does I have no idea how to get there after spending ages trying ot navigate around it

I will try MyPay
Thanks

Payroo is free and produces payslips in a variety of formats with nothing additional printed on the payslips.

No HMRC doesn't make payslips - I had to make my own, which was a pain
