Can you clarify the following for me as I have been advised that HMRC no longer allow net to gross payments?

In the employee settings it askes for a range of hours worked and an hourly rate.

The employee takes home £182 so I was going to set it up as Gross 185.95 which works out to be 29.46ish hours per week but I just want to put it through as 1 payment @ £185.95 instead of the hourly rate * hours. Is it still ok to do this?

Thanks

Haven't heard that net to gross is no longer allowed...

I mentioned on your other thread about Payroo. This package as well as being free, allows you to  calculate pay on a net to gross basis.
