Having thought about it - who actually reads these posts? It will likely be those of us that are here every week (or day) so when we click on the link it we will be going to the posts at the top anyway as we'll have seen the earlier posts.
I suppose someone searching for a topic and then arriving at the weekly post is going to lose out. But hey-ho, it serves them right for not being here every week (or day).
