Is BookCert a genuine company?
Permalink Closed

Hi all,

I wonder if someone could help me. I purchased the Business Kit from BookCert on the 06/06/14 and I never heard from them again! I have a receipt number from Paypal but they never issued a order number or confirmed when I would received the kit...

The BookCert website does not gave a phone contact number and the email info@bookcert.co.uk keeps coming back as non-existent...

Would anyone have a contact number or any tip of what I should do...? I'm really worried as I paid £300 for the course and had no response...

Many thanks in advance for your help!

kind regards,

Morena Russell

Hi Morena,

Yes, Bookcert is a completely legitimate enterprise owned and run by a highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants.

The packs are sent out very quickly via DHL so they are tracked and I have never heard of any issue with this previously.

Let me just see if I can direct this to Steve's attention (Steve and Ross own the company) to investigate whats gone wrong here.

Just while I do that though could you also check to see whether the confirmation email has been hijacked by your spam filter.

Please keep posting here and we will get to the bottom of this Morena,

kind regards,

Shaun.

Thank you so much Shaun,

I am sure it is some kind of miscommunication. I am just quite worried because it has been two weeks and no reply...

I have checked my spam, I thought of it too, but could not find anything...

Thank you bringing to the attention of Steve

I look forward to getting this sorted...

Thank you so much for your help!

Morena
