It is so nice to be appreciated by others- I have happily helped any newcomers and sent copies of my forms, helped with queries they may have, they have emailed me questions and I have been happy to help with the answers but today I received in the post a box of chocolates and a thank you card from one such person.

It really wasnt necessary but such a kind gesture smilesmile

nice one Sharon.

its really nice when you get appreciated by a client.

In my case I got a ream of A4 printer paper from one client and although not a box of choccies I still thought that it was a nice gesture... Even though I did spoil the moment by checking that he had not put the ream of paper through his books.

Good luck with the upcoming exam,

kind regards,

Shaun.
