Sage - non reconcilled items

I have copied an attachment in showing the items not reconciled but it says not reconciled on activity but when i go to the reconciliation tab they are in red and matched???????????????????

Hi Angela,

Unfortunately I have had to remove the attachment which is in breach of client confidentiality (IFAC section 140).

Please alter and repost the attachment so that the name of the company does not appear.

I have also altered the name of the post to reflect that this is a Sage question.

What if she is the owner of the company and is doing the bookkeeping herself?
You're right in removing it - there's some incredibly nosey people. I wasn't interested in the name of the company but in one of my frequent dumbass moments I (nearly) tired to click and drag to remove the box so I could see what was written underneath.
A bit like when you take a screenshot of your desktop and then click on an icon when view the "picture" of the desktop.
