I'm new to the book keeping world, and have just embarked on my distance learning course via Training Link. I am aiming for the AICB - I'm full time employed and looking to do this as a side line as a work shifts and have extended periods of time off - Looking to keep my overheads low and only looking for Sole Traders and Partnerships and am seeking a small client base of anywhere between 5 to 15 Clients. I already have two clients lined up one self employed plumber and a sparky which is there side line where I work.
I have read many posts and can see what I need to do which seams fairly straight forward. Any Advice to help start my own practice ? I am a member of the ICB who have also been very helpful.
Won't take long before your depleted and jaded like the rest of us.
Welcome to the forum and good luck with passing your ICB exams,
kind regards,
Shaun.
