Furnished Holiday Let - Capital Allowances
Permalink Closed

A house previously rented out to a tenant has been turned into a furnished holiday letting, with effect from July 2014

Everything for the house has been bought between October 2013 - March 2014 (and probably beyond)  I am aware that capital allowances can be claimed, but can't find anything on if they can be claimed prior to the house becoming a furnished holiday let.

If they can be claimed, would it be in the tax year they were bought or the tax year the house was first rented out as a holiday let?
