Hi All!

I have to submit a set of dormant accounts to 31.03.14, but there is an e-filing issue, due to there being a directors account balance.

He put £500 into the bank during Feb14, which covered £120 for shares, then he withdrew £100, so there is a balance on the directors account, as well as bank and share capital, and this is an issue for dormants!  

So, I want to file normal abbreviated accounts.. that wont affect anything with the CT, will it?  I assume that's all based on "trading" as opposed to "dormant"??

No, there will be no effect on CT although you may need to file a CT as well - check with HMRC. All entries are Balance Sheet so no trading exists.
