I ordered something on Amazon which I can claim on expenses. However, when I contacted the seller to ask for an invoice, they said that because they're an independent seller, they can only provide the order confirmation. This has my name and address, and confirms what I bought and how I paid for it, but it's not an invoice. Can I use this as proof of my expenses? I'm not VAT registered.
Thanks in advance,
Borboleta

You can print the order yourself from your Amazon history giving evidence of purchase and what it is that you ordered.
Its enough to prove the purchase and personally I wouldn't have an issue including it in the accounts.
Shaun.
