bottom of your screen you should have accross the bottom
The company name The year to mmm yyyy Entire year periods to mmm yyyy are locked
if "the periods to mmm yyyy are locked" is not displayed go back to : File Lock previous periods
Ensure that the check box to display the locks is checked
Click on the box next to "Periods to mmm yyyy are locked" At the top of the list is "Not Locked" Click on that.
All periods will be unlocked.
