UNLOCK YEAR ON VT
Permalink Closed

Hello

I have been using VT for a few years so I should have known better!

Our year end is 31st Jan and for some reason I have locked it and cannot match payments to invoices!!!

Can anyone help me as to if I can unlock the year?

I would be very grateful for some help on this

Thank you

Pat

bottom of your screen you should have accross the bottom

The company name
The year to mmm yyyy
Entire year
periods to mmm yyyy are locked

if "the periods to mmm yyyy are locked" is not displayed go back to :
File
Lock previous periods

Ensure that the check box to display the locks is checked

Click on the box next to "Periods to mmm yyyy are locked"
At the top of the list is "Not Locked"
Click on that.

All periods will be unlocked.

HTH,

Shaun.
