What are my options?

Hi, I'm brand new to the forum but have found it very useful pre-registration.

I'm newly qualified in The ICB Level 2 Computerised Bookkeeping using Sage Instant Accounts.   Prior to that I completed the Level One Manual Bookkeeping.  Both were undertaken online with Home Learning College.  I would like to study the Level Two manual now.  Now with all the changes going on at ICB can anyone recommend the best body to go with?  I found the quality of material and support excellent with the Home Learning College.  Thanks.

Good morning Simon,

Firstly, welcome to the forum smile.

The qualifications you've gained so far make the transition to the new ICB structure very straight forward where you'd enter it at Level III. Covering the completion of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and not for profit organisations (manual & computerised), it's very comprehensive. Full details on the syllabus ca be found here and the site also provides links to appropriate providers (I'm aware the HLC don't offer ICB any longer): http://www.bookkeepers.org.uk/Study--Qualifications/Current-Syllabuses/Level-III-Syllabus

Hope this helps smile
