How do I deal with something that is paid for now for the next 3 years. It's smart security for our computers and it is only £70.77 net so would you bother putting it in the prepayments list that goes to the accountant?
I certainly wouldn't bother on a month by month basis - that's what, just under £2/month?
I probably wouldn't even worry about it at year end, and would just expense it now - but YMMV depending on the context; the size of the business in particular. The bigger they are, the more insignificant it is.

click on your profile, click settings, around halfway down it has Email visible to other members.
Change that from your current "No, and don't accept email" to "No, and accept email anonymously"
Your profile then has the option to contact you but those contacting you will not know your email address until you reply to them. Similarly if you contact anyone they will not know your real email address until you reply to their reply.
