I notice that you are from the other side of the pond so whilst some of your website entries will not be applicable over here (America having rules rather than principles based accounting systems, different rules around what is alowable expenditure, different Payroll regulation, different rules related to capital expenditure and reportingm, etc.) it's good to have you on board and sure that you will have some good alternate views not least around questions related to Quickbooks which hasn't really taken off much over here where I appreciate that it's huge stateside.
In your bio on your site it does seem that you have the right attitude for this forum which is very much about giving back to the next generation of bookkeepers absolutely for free with no strings attached.
There's a nice family atmosphere amongst the regulars here but its not so clicky that newcomers are pushed out.
Hope that you enjoy helping newcomers to the businesses as much as the long term regulars here do,
