Hi

I've just had an enquiry from someone who is vat registered and sells services within the U.K , EU and the US. Has anyone on here got any similar clients ? I need some advice about this before I decide whether to engage them or not...?

Mine is an artiste so a little bit different. No impact when dealing with the states as far as I am aware, but as they are dealing with what will be classed as 'digital services' the EU part will come under the new MOSS rules as far as I understand it. Les Howard is your man for this (he may post on this if he sees your comment), but in the meantime have a read of this.....
