Changing company name

Hi What is the process of changing the name of an existing registered limited company which has traded over the past 5 years and what are the implications / pitfalls to watch out for ? Thanks Afy

One thing you may want to seek further advice on is whether there would be any implications in respect of contracts with clients or suppliers.  My guess is that there would not be an issue because the company as a legal person is merely changing its name.  However this is something I would check out with an appropriately qualified and experienced business lawyer.
