whats the best way to keep track of this lot....

Some of these transactions can amount 20 or 30 a month then have to hit the P&L month later or months later, in Sage you can set it up to charge it automatically which helps, not sure if this can be done in VT+

I am currently using an excel sheet but have to manualy scroll down the list to find what needs charging and what doesn't

I use spreadsheets but also use a different nominal or account code for each type so I can review easily. Not sure if you can do that in VT.

Ok cheers,

Might have to do some conditional formatting to make it easier to spot any potential missed transactions.

Hi Eilef

You can make duplicates of any VT transaction by right clicking the entry then select make copies, then you can select how many copies and the interval between copies.

eg  Do a journal and save, then right click the journal on the front screen and select make copies.  Select number of copies, say 12 and then it highlights the interval between copies, which has many options then select say 1 month.  This will then repeat the journal every month for 12 months.
