Student Loan Repayments on Plan B (£21k limit)

Hi,

I have noticed in Moneysoft that the Student Loan repayment limit is set at £17,335, which is the plan 1 limit, how do I deal with a plan 2 loan, which doesn't start until someone earns over £21,000 per year? Is my only option to create a User Defined deduction?

Hi Alys
Not had this one myself yet. I would ring the helpdesk, or even just drop them an email now and you will get a response early Monday anyway.
