I would be happy to restore the back up and print off any reports you need?

You could probably email then too Michelle, would be cheaper. Unless of course its the 2008 ancient version that one of my client uses (or is it 2005, cant even recall now! Just know its old! Still does what it needs to but you do only have the option to print stuff and not export to excel.

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

I have back to 2008 so can upgrade easily, then it should run reports as PDF or excel.

HAHAHAHA!! Ive just realised we both missed the glaringly obvious... the back up which would be sent to me is already 2014!! Thats why Diane cant access it! So upgrading doesn't even come into it!  LOLZ!!   Stay off the gin, Shelle!

I've a feeling she may be sorted now Donna, this thread is nearly two years ago. smile

When I first read it I thought Michelle had returned, sadly not.
