Hi Can anyone tell me how I change an employee to monthly paid from weekly please? the employee has been on weekly for 2 weeks when he should be on monthly (but weekly up to the end of last month).

What will happen to the 2 weeks gone by that the employee should have been on monthly but the software is showing it is overdue?

It's for a new client I am working for tomorrow and I haven't used sage instant payroll in quite a few years blankstare

Hmmm, I havent used it for a while either, but I seem to remember that you cant change while it is still in the same period.

It maybe that you have to run it to p/e 5/11 then go monthly from there

Hi Rachel
I dont use sage for payroll mostly because its very expensive and the helpdesk isnt free, but as Chris indicates there is the overlap to consider. I ve found two articles for Sage 50 payroll and sage one payroll - maybe between them they might fit for instant. Hope they help anyway!!
