I have a problem with holiday entitlement for people who work for us flexible hours, For eg. Miss X working for us 5 days a week - 3h per pay, she is entitlement for 28 days holiday a year. However she was working for us 7h/day (overtimes - h increased and desreast depend of needs) for last 2 weeks.
How many hours we should paid if she took 5 days holiday? 3h/pay or 7h/pay ?
Is the holiday is based on what we have on the contract?
