we have a financial year from 1 Apr 2015 to 31 Mar 2016. but If i want to look back on 2014/15 financial reports , how do i do it as i tried and only it shows everything for this financial year.
Try TRANSBS.report in a directory such as C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts\2013\Company.001\Reports\Finance\Balance Sheet Reports for the Balance Sheet and PRYEAR.report in somewhere like C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts\2013\Company.001\Reports\Finance\Prior Year Reports or PYPNL.report or TRANPNL.report somewhere like C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts\2013\Company.001\Reports\Finance\Profit and Loss Reports for the Profit and Loss.

Or - if you're using a reasonably up to date Sage and, when you closed the financial year, you followed the correct procedure and archived the data - you could go to the top menu, choose File -> Open -> Company Archive and select the archive for the year in question.
You've then opened it so it's just like the current year's stuff, but read only, and you can use the reports you normally use.
