Just looking for clarification on deducting union contributions from payroll as hard to locate things on the net.
Our previous payroll provider used to take deductions after tax/NI had been deducted. However, our new in-house payroll system is set up to take it pre-tax etc. Can somebody confirm which is the correct method. Thank you.
