HMRC Paye software
Permalink Closed

Good afternoon,

We undertake payroll for a number of our clients using Payroll Manager.

At the end of the year a "year to date" print out is made and this includes Employees - Total pay - tax - Employee NIC - Net pay - Employer NIC

However one client does his own PAYE using HMRC software.

We get his paperwork annually but he has only provided the Employer payment record.

He has said that he is not aware of being able to print off any other details, such as total wages for each employee etc

Does anyone who uses the HMRC PAYE software know if there is a facility for "year to date figures"

I appreciate I can get this information from P60 and P45's but if possible but as a last resort.

I'm sorry if this is not clear, but as some of you may have noted from other postings,  I avoid working PAYE at all costs unless the partner who deals with all PAYE  is away ( Yes on another  holiday in the sun )

Regards

Jay

Hi Jay
Hopefully this will help you - I think its page 9 when it can extract the P11 information for each employee.

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

You should check out answers with reference to the legal position
