Well it sounds like you know best so why ask for advice?
Asking for advice on something is one thing, but asking for someone to complete your CT600 is a bit far in my opinion.
You asked the CT question back in 2015 as well. Look at your previous posts. Do you want me to add a link?
It was recommended then by three of us that you get qualified professional advice.
We are not here to provide advice for free to people who do not wish to pay for professionals who have taken years to learn the legal way to produce such things. What is it your business does, maybe we could have some of that for free?
Btw, of course you legally have to produce a P and L and Balance sheet. A piece of advice I gave you for free yet you tell me I'm wrong. Then expect people to answer! No you are completely wrong! In fact you cannot complete a CT600 without having done so, with the appropriate adjustments by following accountancy regulations.
Why will you not pay for proper professional advice? When this advice could keep you from being fined and having to pay penalties or worse, when HMRC catch up with you. Never mind that it will also no doubt save you some tax.

For free!!!! when it's cost everyone on here years and thousands to get qualifications. Of course an Accountants professional advice could keep her out of prison or actually reduce her tax bill, but they don't get it do they?!! then not even a thank you in sight for Michelle's post last time!

Hi so how can i contact you and get help for fees?
I would suggest contacting an accountant close to where you live, go off recommendations from business associates. Look for someone who tells you what their qualifications are. I would normally recommend ACCA qualified, but for you I would suggest MAAT MIP.
Or you could post an advert on here.

You need to sign an Engagement letter, agree fees, provide all of your source documents, previous years accounts, fixed asset register, copies of VAT returns etc etc and today is a Bank holiday, so that leaves two working days to produce draft accounts, get them approved, produce finals and a CT return. Not asking much then!! Can I just ask when your actual year end is according to companies house? Plus what it is your business actually does?

Mmm, how to win freinds and influence people!
Your CT600 question from 2015 : http://www.book-keepers.org.uk/t61086467/corporation-tax-ct600/
That does not look like a VAT question to me!
As Joanne quite rightly states you need to prepare full accounts in order to prepare your CT600 (which is generally filed along with a full set of accounts and tax calculation).
Not only that but legally your statutory accounts must be available for inspection at your registered offices within 5 days of request by any member of the public with proper purpose between 9 a.m and 3 p.m every working day.
Keeping proper (full) accounts for a limited company is not optional!
Remember also that you must file abreviated accounts with companies house (generally people file these at the same time as the CT600's).
In future please refrain from posting comments to correct site members who do know what they are doing.
As a side point your title's inclusion of ASAP will have quite the opposit effect on the sites readers as it seems quite cheeky that you are requesting such when you ignored the advice given by the site to get a professional on board nine months ago. Now you have until Wednesday and that is our problem? I think not.

Your figures keep changing so the loss you mention cannot be taken as right - which is why any good Accountant would ask for all the source documents. Plus - you NEED to have the P&L and Balance sheet prepared, and from what you say above you havent done this, cannot have done this as you arent aware of Accounting standards, so you will need help with that as well.
Confusing given the 2015 posting - why did you ask for help then if this is the first year of trading? Was that another company?
If your year end is 30 Sep then you do NOT need to complete this in 2 working days. Although I am making a massive assumption that this information is right, which it might not be based on the information so far.
You may need to complete TWO CT600s, depends on your company incorporation date per companies house.
If you want anyone to quote - allow Private messaging. No-one is going to put their fees on an open forum. Im assuming you are Maria from London as per your profile?

Morning Shaun
I KNOW!!!!!!!!! Yet Im still trying to help and will probably get no thanks at the end of it, just as Michelle did.
And there we have it - just spotted the glaring error in the first post. Well that answers one of my questions, but also just proves that two CT600s are indeed required. Well assuming the information in that post was accurate in the first place. We can only know for sure by a check a Companies House of course.

I filled in boxes as follow
AC12 £7745 Turn over
AC14 £6990 Cost of sales
AC16 £775 Gross profit
AC20 £4245 Admin expences
AC40 £-3490 Net balance for financial period
AC44 £1220 Tangible assets
AC62 £1220 Total assets
AC64 £4710 Creditors
AC68 £-3490 Total net assets
Have you filed abbreviated accounts with Companies House? Depending on your incorporation date, you may already be too late to avoid a fine in that respect, but if you want to PM me your company name or reg no, I can check. What is your financial year end, is it 31st August 2015? If so, a bit of good news, you have until 31st August to get your CT600's in. This is because you've made a loss this year, and the 9 months and 1 day only applies to sending HMRC the tax due, not the completion of the CT600. (although its standard practice to get everything completed and filed within the 9 months)
I'm happy to do it for you at a reasonable price, but it would have to be by post as I am based in Yorkshire. Lead time 2-3 weeks, but as Joanne mentions, I will need all source files, register as your agent, and conduct an MLR check first. Let me know if you are and I will PM you with a price.
NB If you have missed the Companies House filing date, then the fine is currently £150, and will increase to £375 if not filed within a month from then.
