Seven weeks into the tax year and RTI late filing penalties are post-poned again.

Thanks for the link. They need to get things sorted -can't wait for the quarterly digital tax returns! Wonder what penalty regime they will come up with for that

I had a theory that Iain Duncan Smith had resigned not over Disability Benefit changes but because small employers were about to hunt him down with pitchforks.

The respondents at Aweb have listed how the Revenue end isn't working so justice would still be served by immolation at the stake due to sheer incompetence :)
