CIS - PDF guide
Permalink Closed

Hi

Does anyone have a PDF copy of the CIS guide Ive posted on here loads of times?

I usually posted it as a link, which then opened up as a PDF doc.  Stooooopidly I didnt save the actual pdf and now the link opens up to the much less helpful web based version on the Gov. thingy website.   Would just like to save the pdf in my useful (but might be out of date) information stash.

Can someone attach the actual pdf for me please?

Thanks

Hi Joanne,

I'm sure that I have a copy but I'm having PC issues at the moment (just icing on the bloody cake!!!). It may only be a minor glitch but I'm preparing myself for the worst so as soon as I've finished fixing it I'll forward you a copy but at the min it's busy backing up all of my files from one machine across to another and I don't want to disturb it... Anything else that you need just let me know as I tend to take copies of pretty much everything having been stung myself in the past with HMRC "improvements"! Shouldn't be more than an hour before I'm up and running properly again and I'll get it accross to you then.

Laters,

Shaun.

Thank you Shaun  - got it and now saved in its rightful place.   Dont know why they have to mess with such things - its all in one guide as a pdf and non of this clicking on links that then take you to a million and one other places so you cant find your way back.

ohmygod.gifOMG on the PC probs - hopefully a minor one which you sort very very quickly.  I blame microsoft.  Was the day immediately after a 'critical' update that mine went bonkers this week.  Took me three hours to sort, hopefully yours isnt that long.

Keep biggrinbiggrinbiggrin evileye
