Good afternoon

I'm sorry I could not insert a better Subject header but I had some difficulty in finding the correct terminology.

I have a number of clients that make numerous single purchases, and VT ( as with excel) will suggest the box entry as I type based on historic entries.

However there are a number of entries that are no longer used, but remain in the drop down lists.

I have tried to delete these by highlighting them and using the delete button to no avail.

Has anyone managed to resolve this please ?

Hi Jay

I've just had a play and tried a few various options to no avail.  I'm wondering if it's the case that the entries not used drop out after a while, because I'm sure that in the past I've typed a couple of letters, expecting an entry to be there, and it hasn't been.

Hi John,

Thank you for your reply.

Thinking about it, I think you are correct.

If only all problems would just go away in time like this one. biggrin
