Hello.

 

If there are items which can be claimed under the pre-registration rules are the entries Dr Input Vat Cr Asset a/c?

Broadly, yes.

Depends on software how you actually get it to work and appear in the corect place. plus of course the key words are 'can be claimed' - which under the latest guidelines means less than before!
