Until I tried to work out an electricity bill.

Lol - Exactly my point :) No wonder people get stuck on tariffs, it's ridiculous. It's like one of those MI5 puzzles - 'from this data what is the charge for electricity before extras?'

Of course it is, for some reason I couldn't place him, and it was bugging me.   I have a lot of time for him, very down to earth.  A bit far left for my liking, but a decent bloke.
