As a private consultant in the UK, a private client was billed for services rendered.
 
I received the bill back from the client with a restricted endorsement stating that this act was recognised under UK and International Law.!
 
Has anyone come across this before?

OK I need to apologise to the OP as this wasnt actually spam - despite being dumped on a load of websites, all with different bits of info - although it was still a business owner on the wrong site, so he wouldve got short shrift!

Although I did answer the question posed at the top of the thread! Not my fault it was a closed question.

But Ive tried to right my you tube wrong by (sort of) assisting via Aweb, although Ive refused to answer some of the questions as the topic is mahoosive so it would be bordering on the ridiculous to do so.
