a quick question - how do I mark the final corporation tax submission please? the turnover is £0 as the company has not been trading since the last financial year and the director wants to close the company down now. VAT is closed, PAYE is closed, now the corporation tax needs dealing with.
Hi Joanne, thank you for looking into it.
I've read somewhere that the last (final) corporation tax needs to be marked 'as final', but when I was doing the report I could not find any box to mark as final. Company stopped trading a while ago and now the director got an employment and wants to close the company down. Therefore I was wondering if I have to do the report with zeros on it and mark the return as 'final'...
Hi Ellie
Its still not clear Im afraid as I dont appear to have answers to the questions. Are there expenses? What software are you using and what is it showing as an error message?
