Hi Susan
Can you add your first name so it shows up on your posts to save us looking it up each time? Via edit profile signature section.

You havent given us much to go on.

Doubt its a sage issue as Ive got clients using older.

Suspect its a PC/laptop issue - what OS are you using and when was it last updated?

Can you try to do a restore to the last time you did a sage backup?

Hi Susan,

When you're backing up do you select only "Data Files" to be included in Back up > Advanced Options?

If not, try that to see if you can at least get the data backed up. Often the other backup elements are not really needed.
