capital allowances claim

Just wondering if I can claim Cap allowances on the attached I bought for my business.

It absolutely is W&E expenditure given the forcasting model currently being used.

Of course, as we know, some forecasts can be way off, but full sensitivites have been calculated for any potential decreases in expectations.

Failing that - do you reckon the 2nd enclosure will suffice?  Only a fiver, sure the tax man wont mind!

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

You should check out answers with reference to the legal position

Could it not be claimed as part of the cooling off period associated with the services you offer.

Lol, considerably better than the Scalextric that one of mine tried to put through as new printer just before christmas as couple of years back.

No, it really was a printer...

But here, on the receipts, it says "SCALEXTRIC"

That was just how they put it through the till

You bought it in Toy's R Us

They sell printers now...

Clients... They're in a hole and they just keep on digging.

Yes, of course you can have a desk fan... Now... Your not going to use it when you're not working are you!

As for the pool... Go on, try and convince me that its an office water dispenser.

I had one that kept sending me Amazon order confirmations that showed as 'clocks'. Im thinking - he only has one office, why does he need so many clocks.  Turned out it was printer ink....yes the Amazon order form showed printer ink as well!!!!!

How about Bose noise reducing headphones?  They are the only ones that almost completely cut the noise out.  Now I WOULD only use them when Im working - just to drown out the noise of the sprogs next door so I can concentrate on work. They drive me insane. Think I have enough proof as Ive mentioned it on here a few times, plus Im sure they would tell anyone that I threatened to bury them under the patio if they didnt calm the screeching down!
