Increased to £45 from 1 April 2020

Was in plan, but pushed through due to COVID-19

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

Thanks Joanne, a good idea.

For those that are not aware, you can also upload the card to your phone using Google Pay, Samsung Pay or Apple Pay and use your phone as the contactless card, with (I think) no limit.

If you do that I strongly suggest you only turn on NFC (near field communication) whilst actually using it.

Thanks for posting, that will make life a bit easier for so many people.

And thanks John, I didn't know you could do that. I've always been a bit wary of apps like that for a mobile for the obvious reasons, so have never taken much interest in them. But it sure is handy to know about that now.

Of course it does increase the chances of fraud.

Cannot believe how long ago it was that I was involved on this project! Time flies
