Afternoon all

Since Taxfiler were bought by Iris I was put on their new solo package of up to 30 clients but because I had already signed up with them they allowed me to continue passed the 30 until I reach 50 which I am very close too now, does anyone know what the process is? do I just carry on passed the 50 and Taxfiler will automatically change my subscription to the Pro one or do I need to contact them to change the contract from Solo to Pro?

Any help appreciated as always

Cheers

Hi Doug

I've got 70 on my list, albeit only 45 active ones, and they put me on the Solo 30 as well.  I would just ignore it and wait for them to upgrade you if necessary.
