Afternoon all

Does anyone know if CH still accepts form AD01 by post to change a companies registered address, client has moved but can not find the authentication code for me to change the address online.

Cheers

Hi Doug
They will, unless client is signed up for 'proof'. Recommend a call to Co House, unless he has a re-direct on post, in which case just request a new authentication code.

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

You should check out answers with reference to the legal position

Thanks Joanne, what is 'proof' not heard of that before, I will give CH a ring tomorrow

Partly my fault, I usually ask for the authentication code when the client first signs up but for some reason I don't seem to have it in my info pack

Cheers

A good idea for your own Limited co, if you run through one.
