Hello everyone,

My name is Najat. I am an ACCA member.  I have been working in an accountancy practise for the past 5 year.  I would like to eventually become self employed. For the mean time, I want to establish a small book keeping business along side my day to day work in the practise.

I am hoping that, in future, the business will eventually become my accountancy practice ( depending on getting more client).  At the mean time, is all about book keeping.

I am hoping to get some ideas and inspiration on how to set up the business.

Many thanks.

 Up to TB only then.

Does existing job contract allow this?

Lots of info on here.

Hi Najat :)

Make sure you get the appropriate practising certificates from ACCA before you go any further than trial balance. They're really strict about what they allow you to do without one!
