what is the best software for invoicing for a new construction company? Any other software recommended for running such a company?
For the construction company clients i have where I do the Invoicing i have a template of my own set up that i send out and then use VT+ to do the bookkeeping, a couple of other clients i have use Quickbooks to do their Invoices which is handy for the fact that i can look in and keep a check on it.

Any invoicing software should be fine. I uses Sliqtools for both myself, a construction contractor I do the invoicing for, and also a painter and decorator/carpet fitter* Cost me about £45 4 or 5 years ago and I love it, although it's £50 a year now.
* Which was rather weird when he carried out some work at my office and I raised my own invoice.
