Quickbooks online: How do I include unspent grant from the last FY in this year's budget?

Hello,
In Quickbooks online, when creating a budget for the current financial year for a grant received in the last financial year how do I make sure that the unspent portion of the grant is included?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Surely its in a ring fenced account if restricted funds, so will just be a b-fwd figure. Have you tried asking QBO. You pay for support, can phone, email or webchat.
