issue Allocating supplier payments on sage

On certain suppliers i cant allocate the payment it just wont save , i really can see where i am going wrong as some suppliers work fine , Does anybody have the same problem ??

Hi Linda

Not sure if you got this resolved.

If you're using Sage 50 desktop and operate the VAT Cash Accounting scheme, the transactions you are allocating have to have the same VAT code otherwise you can't clear them down.
