Recharge of parking, is it within the scope of CIS?
Permalink Closed

Hi,

I have a client who has raised an invoice and put both the mileage and recharge of parking expenses as materials, therefore not had the deduction made. I just want to confirm both are within the scope of CIS before I say something.

TIA

Obviously not materials. See FA04/s60 and FA04/s61 for your answer, depends on whether obligation under contract. 2 minute google shows info

As said above the invoice is incorrect as its not materials, however it is down to the Contractor to make sure they are making the correct deductions.
