Deliveroo / Just Eat Sales Information
Permalink Closed

Hello

I have recently taken on a new client who is using Deliveroo & Just Eat.  I have logged into both portals and I can see how many sales each company has delivered, there is no sales information I can download which includes vat information on each order.  There must be a hidden button I can't see for this information.

Can anyone help please?

Hi, I helped a business earlier this year who were using the Deliveroo platform for deliveries. From what I remember I couldnt find a way to download a CSV or other file with VAT information on each order. I believe there are third party tools you can connect that will download the sales data which you can then hook up to Xero/Quicknbooks etc. In the end we manually exported the sales data to Excel and did a VAT formula calc for each order. The business didn't continue with Deliveroo, if it had we would have looked at some sort of third party tool to speed up the process.
