Building a website

Can anyone advise if its worthwhile trying to build my own website, or should I use a website designer? I'm about average when it comes to computers, but I've no idea where to start.

Any help/advice would be gr8.

Hi Fay

I built my own website using an online program. I would only give myself 5 out of 10 for computer knowledge, but it was very easy to do, although it is a very basic website.

Try easily.co.uk, godaddy.co.uk or 1and1.co.uk for more info. Or do a search on google.
