I am currently studying the ICB Level 1,2& 3 manual bookkeeping. But can anyone tell me can you get the practising certificate with Level 1 and Level 2 computerised bookkeeping, or do you have to sit all 3 manual levels.
I have never done sole traders self assessments and the bookkeeping levels don't cover any of this. Can anyone advise about any books that will teach you to do self assessments, and are they difficult to do. I have many years experience in a company as a bookkeeper but never ever did a self assessment form. Any help would be much appreciated.
You will be able to obtain a practising certificate having completed the level 1 basic bookkeeping assignment & level 2 computerised exam. It is not necessary to complete the level 2 & Level 3 manual papers, although it is recommended by the ICB that you do.
The ICB also offers a diploma in self assessment returns - see website for details.
