I charge £125 per tax return. If a client has more than one property they let out I charge an additional £70 per property.

Dustin your rates seem very resonable. I currently charge a flat fee of £200 for a basic one. Any return with CGT or IHT implications get passed on to a local accountant thoughbiggrin

Dustin,

I take it you are talking about landlords for your self-assements, rather than seperate businesses.

Hi Richard

Yes I include one rental calculation in the initial cost of £125, and it's then an additional £70 for each property the landlord rents out.

£50 for a basic tax return ie including self employment income (which i charge minimum of £200 for the accounts) or employment, some bank interest and some dividends.  Anything extra eg capital gains, foreign income, propoerty income is assessed on a case by case basis.
