I am in the process of starting up my own bookkeeping business. I am starting to obtain quotes for PII however I am unsure as to what level to take out. The minimum is usually 50K, but it does go up quite considerably. Can anyone tell me what level is advisable or does it depend on your business? I would be grateful for any feedback. Thanks AndreaM
I was advised to go for the minimum amount of cover 50K when first starting out, as you do not really know how many clients / turnover is going to be. Therefore some cover is better than none. You can easily increase cover as you progress.
