I don't know alot about recruitment agencies and was wondering how they worked. If there is anybody out there that could shed some light for me that would be great.
I have been approached by one to run their temping payroll, and not wanting to appear ignorant (have i spelt that correctly?) i thought i would try and gather a bit on knowledge first.
Do they run seperate payrolls; ie one for their own staff in running the business and another one to cover temps they have working out in the field?
